A note from Steve This Father’s Day is a little different for me.Hey, I don’t usually open up like this in an email. But you’re someone who actually reads these — so I figure I can be real with you. Last week my dad went in for open-heart surgery. Right before they wheeled him back, I sent him a video telling him I love him. It turned out to be harder than the doctors expected, and the truth is he’ll most likely spend this Father’s Day in a hospital bed. I’m praying for him. If you’re someone who prays, I’d be grateful if you said one for my dad, Lee, too. Only if it’s your thing — no pressure either way. |
